We typically publish two new courses to the platform every month so there is always fresh content to learn from. We also keep existing courses updated and aligned with any regulatory changes.

How will I know when a new course is published?

As a member of our community you will get an email each time we publish a new course with the course code. All courses can be viewed from the main navigation using the courses link.

Can I change plans?

Yes, you can change price plans (either upward or downward) at any time. From your next billing period forward you will be charged based on the plan you moved to.

What is a client portal?

We create separate portals for each of our clients. These portals have their own unique login (, can be quickly branded for your own requirements. It’s like having your very own LMS but managed by us.

Is your application validated?

We understand the importance of validation for software applications in a regulated environment, we take this very seriously. We have our own validation team who ensure we keep the software in a validated state. Our documentation is available at any time for review should you need it for audit purposes.

Is there a set-up fee?

No, we do not charge a set-up fee. We also provide training free of charge.
